Classes begin in April 2008. They will be held four Tuesdays each month in Building 47 at the George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salt Lake City from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. to complete the 16 hour State Mandate for education. An assessment, the class completion, and passing the required post test completes your obligation at no fee. If further services are needed, we can assist you with those, too.
You must be enrolled at the Medical Center prior to being accepted for class. You may come in to enroll in person in Building 14 – in the Emergency Waiting Room Area. Please bring a copy of DD214 if you have it and two forms of ID (one with picture). Call Art if you have further questions on enrollment at 801-584-2556.
